JVC ISO Archival Grade DVD-R 16x 25-Pack - White Inkjet Printable, Hard Coat, Made In Japan

About This Product

Need to archive important data, photos, or videos for decades? Don't trust cheap discount DVDs. These JVC DVD-Rs are the gold standard (well, silver alloy standard!) for long-term storage. They are the ONLY discs certified to the ISO 10995 international standard for estimating archival life, which involves rigorous accelerated aging tests.

What makes them special? JVC uses a special silver alloy reflective layer (not gold) that resists degradation over time without sacrificing the reflectivity needed for reliable burning and reading. Then, they add an extra \Hard Coat\ layer on top. This makes the discs incredibly tough: 200 times more scratch resistant, 1000 times more dust resistant, and 7 times more fingerprint resistant than regular DVDs.

They're 16x speed, have a white inkjet printable surface (with a clear hub for extra protection), and are made in Japan by Taiyo Yuden, a legendary name in optical media. This 25-pack is for serious archivists, photographers, videographers, or anyone who needs to preserve digital memories or documents with the highest confidence. Store them properly, and they should last a lifetime.
